Rafael D. Mora, 92, of Kansas City, MO passed away July 8, 2012 at home. Rafael was born September 19, 1919 in Michoacan, Mexico to Antonio and Leonor Mora. Rafael retired after 30 years of service from Burlington Northern Railroad.
Rafael was preceded in death by his wife: Concepcion S. Mora. Rafael is survived by his children: Manuel, Rafael, Leonor, Antonio, Rosa, Alicia, and Gonzalo Mora and his loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren and extended family.
A visitation will be 5:00-7:00 pm Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at McGilley Midtown Chapel, 20 W. Linwood Blvd, Kansas City, Mo with a rosary at 6:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 am Thursday, July 12, 2012 at The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, 416 S. 12th St. Kansas City, MO.
