Ralph was born Feb. 22, 1940 in St Joseph to Frank and Violet Howard. He worked at Gladstone Foods for many years.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his son, Roy Mitchell Howard; brother John White; sisters Joyce Worly and Betty Lewis and his lifetime partner, Bobbie Joe Martin.
Survivors include his grandson, Ryan Howard; brothers Frank Howard, Melvin Howard, both of St Joseph and Joe (Vicki) Howard of Lincoln, NE; sisters Jean Everett and Vicki Church of St Joseph.
