Rich was a loving and caring man. He leaves behind surviving family members, Step-mom, Sue Duncan Garret; fiancé, Vonda K. Cornwell; sister, Kimberly Garrett; soon to become daughter, Kaitlyn Elsey; sons, Lex Moore and James Moore; son-in-law, Kage Thomas; and granddaughter, Mariah Raelynn Thomas; and several cousins.
