We first met Bob and you in the late 1960's when he was a new and upcoming chemist at Colony Paint and always enjoyed his and your company. He will be missed by his family, his many friends and colleagues.

When going to the paint and coatings conventions it was understood that one need not introduce Bob in a group, because "everyone knows Bob". He had a great sense of materials and color and always did his best. 

A fine man and a loving husband and father. He was always so proud of his kids and every conversation opened with a story about their latest endeavors.

Bob and I competed for the guard position on the 1963 WCHS football team.  Bob won the position, but I was the Defensive guard.  So it all worked out.  We were both pooped out at the end of the game.
