Robert Gonzales 93 of KCMO passed away January 22, 2018 at home. Robert was born July 20, 1924 in Argentine, KS to Max and Ramona (Chasco) Gonzales.
Robert was a loving husband, father and grandfather, great- grandfather and great-great grandfather. He worked for Santa Fe Railroad for 40 years as a forklift driver and store room clerk.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00am Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at St Anthony Catholic Church, 318 Benton Blvd., KCMO with visitation at 10:00am prior to mass. Burial will follow at Mt Calvary Cemetery, KCK.
Robert is survived by wife: Elvira Gonzales, sons: Robert (Sandra) Gonzales, Richard (Gayla) Gonzales, Rudy (Susan) Gonzales, daughters: Fina Gutierrez, Delores Castro, Rosemary (Edward) Gill, Elizabeth Gonzales, Irene (Steve) Heyward, Theresa (Stephen) Gonzales, Anita (Edward) Vera and Linda (Pascual) Gonzales-Alvarado. Step-Children: David (Mary) Galvan and Gloria (Peter) Graham, 48 grandchildren, 100 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
