Rosmarie loved to show me her pictures of her time with her husband in Germany, and the wonderful outfits,  she also loved to show off her sisters yard full of flowers,  She always checked on me in my office if I was at work later then usually, She will be missed.. 

I’m very sad to learn of Rosmarie’s death. May she rest in peace, and say hi to Betty ( my mom) her friend.  I remember her as a cheerful, loving woman.  We all ( my parents and siblings) shared a lot of time  with the Ellegards when they lived in the President Gardens,  She frequently went out dancing with Lou, and she dressed in these awesome dresses. Though I haven’t seen her in many years, I’ll mourn her passing. God bless the family. 

Eric & Family.... I know you were too young to remember us, but our moms were BEST FRIENDS.   We lived by you at President Garden Apartments.   Our mom's met daily at each other's house for coffee and to talk German ;-).... I learned to talk German listening to them. 

I remember your mom and dad well (Oh and you Eric).... I still have a picture of you sitting outside our apartment on the stone wall.  Its crazy how quickly time passes.

Having a German girlfriend (your mom) made my mom's life SO much better (my mom passed in 1977). I'm sure they were lonely being so far away from their homeland, so I'm SO glad they had each other.
