Steven Wayne Clifford, 53, of Raytown, Missouri, passed away March 13. Visitation will be Friday, March 16, from 6:00-8:00 p.m., followed by a Tribe of Mic-O-Say service, at Mt. Moriah & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 17, at St. Andrews Episcopal Church, 6401 Wornall Terrace, Kansas City, Missouri. Burial at Mt. Moriah Cemetery will follow the funeral services. Steven was born September 25, 1958 in Kansas City, Missouri to Arthur P. and Rosalie F. (Morton) Clifford. He graduated from Raytown South High School and attended the University of Missouri-Rolla. He worked under his father at Clifford Manufacturing Co. for many years before assuming co-ownership in 2002. Steven had a lifelong dedication to the Scouting program with Troop 341. He was also an Eagle Scout and served as Scoutmaster for seven years. He loved the outdoors and his family. Steven was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Kimberly (DePriest) Clifford; children William, Stephanie and Ray Clifford; brothers Arthur Clifford and Timothy and wife Karen Cllifford; grandson Ben; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and a multitude of friends who loved and cared for him.
