Timothy Louis ‘Tim’ Collins, 56, died September 28, 2014. Visitation 6-8pm Sunday, Oct. 5th at the McGilley & Sheil Chapel with rosary at 6pm. Please wear your Chiefs or Royals apparel & family welcomes memories of Tim to be shared at the visitation. Mass of Christian Burial 11am Mon., Oct. 6th at St. Mark’s Catholic Church, 3736 Lee’s Summit Rd., Indep., MO with interment following in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Tim was born Jan. 10, 1958 in Kanas City, MO to John & Audrey Collins. He attended Lillis High School. Tim grew up on the lake & enjoyed boating & skiing. He loved “his” Chiefs & was a season ticket holder for 26 years. Tim is preceded in death by his dad & a sister, Michelle ‘Micki’ McFarland. He is survived by his mom; his wife, Deborah ‘Debbie’ Kay; sons, Daniel O’Neal Collins (Jessica) & Shawn Patrick Collins; stepchildren, Tony Camareno (LaToiya) & their three children; Ben Camareno; Michael Camareno & Jenna Camareno; ex-wife, Kathy Collins; grandsons, Austin & Joshua Collins to whom he was known as Pappy; brothers, Pat (Julie) Collins & Mike Collins (Annie); sister, Peggy Pharr (Steve); many nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews; his beloved dogs, Bailey & Casey & granddogs, Trouble, Rowdy, Girlfriend, Chief, Jenny & Lucy.
