Virgil William Doyle

Virgil “Bill” William Doyle, age 88, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 25, 2021. Bill was born on April 21, 1933 in Fairmount, MO to parents Gertrude (Fisher) and Virgil Ward Doyle. He graduated from North Kansas City High School in 1951. He married Patricia Farley on July 23, 1960 and they shared 60 years together until his passing.

Bill started work for T.W.A. in 1952, first as a Porter, and then a Mechanic, and finally as the Lead Systems Technician. He retired on September 1, 2009 after 57 years of service. He was awarded the Orville Wright Award for 50 years in the airline service.

He is survived by his wife, Pat; children, Timothy (Annette), James, and Michael Doyle; and granddaughter, Cassandra A. Doyle.
