Virginia Anne Welling Krpan, 88, of Leawood, KS died on July 8, 2018 at Brookdale Overland Park, KS. Visitation will be at 9am, Friday July 13, 2018 at Saint Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 14251 Nall Avenue, Leawood, KS 66223. Rosary recitation will be at 9:40am followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10am. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery. The family suggests contributions to Saint Michael Archangel Catholic Church.
Virginia was a lifelong Kansas City area resident. She retired from Avon Products, Inc. in September 1987. She was an active member of Saint Michael the Archangel Catholic Church. Virginia loved gardening, a hobby she shared with her husband Nick.
Virginia was preceded in death by her husband Nick Krpan; her parents, Bernard L. Sr. and Agnes (Reintjes) Welling; and a brother James E. Welling. She leaves her son, Ronnie Lee Krpan; her brothers, William H. Welling and Bernard L. Welling, Jr; nephews Chris and David Welling; and a niece, Deborah Welling.
