Walter O. Wright, 89, of Kansas City, MO passed away September 9, 2011. A memorial visitation will be 10:00 - 11:00 am Wednesday September 14th at Mount Moriah Terrace Park Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the American Heart Assn or NorthCare Hospice.
Walter was born July 20, 1922 in Walla Walla, WA. He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II, and retired from Kenworth Truck. He was preceded in death by his wife Frances Nadine Wright, sister, Clara Gandal, and brother, Lester Wright. Survivors include his children, John, Sandra, Carol, Daryl, Melody, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Condolences may be sent to mountmoriahterracepark.com.
