WILLIAM K MILLER William K Miller, 89, of Kansas City, MO, passed away October 20, 2015. Funeral service will be 2:00pm, October 23, 2015, at Floral Hills. Interment will follow. Family will receive friends beginning at 1:00pm the day of service. William K. Miller was born April 17, 1926, in Kansas City, MO. He is preceded in death by his wife, Betty; son, Billy, and a sister, Ruth Ann; and his parents. He is survived by his son and his wife, Frank and Mary; grandsons: Mike and Randy; and a great-grandson Ryan; sister and her husband, Mary Margaret and John; many nieces, nephews, his close friend, Lou; and many additional friends. He served in the Navy on the Air Craft Carrier USS ROI in the South Pacific. Bill retired from the Kansas City Police Department after 30 years, and was a lifetime member of the Orient Masonic Lodge.
