Mr. Wilkins was born December 1, 1936 in Central City, Kentucky, son of Luttie and Alberta (Eades) Wilkins. He served his country in the US Air Force during the VietNam War, retiring as a TSG. He was a Christian who loved his family and friends. He enjoyed fishing, camping and RV traveling.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Mary Wilkins, and wife of 48 years Sheila Wilkins. Mr. Wilkins is survived by his wife of three years Helen Kiser; daughter LuAnn Longbons, Brunswick, Georgia; son John Wilkins, Peculiar, Missouri; four granddaughters and five great-grandsons; sister Bertha Ellen Nelson, Bremen, Kentucky; and extended family and friends.
