Mummy, it is still unreal that I will never hear your voice again calling me "oko mi," or hear you rain powerful prayers and blessings on me over the phone each time we spoke or reviewed your meeting notes for Every Woman Praying Ministry Int'l. 

Mummy you are a loving soul and so caring. Chidinma and I were very moved that you physically attended and financially supported our baby's naming ceremony in August.

Mummy you are also an epitome of humility. I don't know many old people that were so easy to talk to. During our TKP Interhouse Sports, as Red House Captain I used to be very humbled and even embarrassed that you would find me after church or call me to "ask" for permission whenever you had to miss a house meeting.

Mummy I also love how you no dey carry last at all. I smile when I remember how adamant you were that I must come and teach you how to "operate" Zoom and Facebook because you thought you were disturbing me too much. Mummy, what you didn't know was that I really enjoyed our IT phone calls because it came with unfailing showers of blessings at the end, sometimes for 5 mins straight. Mehn, mummy, you sabi bless pesin o! I also remember during TKP 168 Hours of Praise how some of us (including me) would be struggling to stay awake at 2 or 3am, only to turn and see you dancing away. 

Mummy, your passing is painfully surreal.  I still catch myself looking for you in the Grandmas section at church. Nonetheless, we must submit to God's will. I guess Heaven needed you more...but on earth I will really miss you. Rest in peace mummy!

I will forever remember her as a gentle, kind, woman of God. She loved her family and PEOPLE. My heartfelt Sympathy to Remi, The Abisoguns and the rest  of the family. Thank God for the life she lived. May her gentle soul rest in peace. Amen.......Joyce Olagoke & Family

Mommy Ladejobi was a diligent and very active member of the Pastoral Care Department of JCCI Chapel of Victory Durham NC under the Senior Pastor Bisi A Tofade. Mama always went beyond and above for the tasks of taking care of every visiting ministers. Mama will ask me “My sister e so nkan te ba fe Ki nse fun mi. Ma kuku se e”. Mama will never complain or I’m too young to tell her what to do. Mama was consistent coming every day to  help with my grandchildren twins while her own daughter was waiting on Lord. We sometimes called to encourage ourselves and to pray together. She always send me pictures of Ibukun and Aanu to see how wonderful God is taking care of them. 
Rest in Perfect Peace Mama Daada.

Mummy Ladejobi, my moms younger sister by her choice ( Egbon mi ) A vital member of the 3 old musketeers. Mummies  Sobola, Titilayomi and Ladejobi. 
You were a rare gem, you adopted my mom as your older sister, you cook for her at least once or twice a month making food enough for her household. 
You celebrate my Husband so much (Grandpa as you call him from the day our daughter got married)  that I learnt how to celebrate him more.
I was one of the few to see you the moment you got admitted on this trip I never knew would take you home. I saw you literally every day , you depict Christ so much in the hospital that I was proud & able to call you my aunt up till your last breath
That faithful morning of your home going that I was talking with your care team you were still praying for them (Doctors and Nurses & the aides ) and eulogizing me 
My mum will never be the same, No prayer partner, No chauffeur, No cook, No gist partner
No personal Siri to remind her of all the meetings and Dr appointments. 
I really pray my life will emulate Christ as yours did.
If it is true that angels (loved ones) in heaven are able to look down and watch over their family 
Please do so on all your children, grandchildren, and all of us that you love and love you as well.

Mummy, I have been holding off from writing this because it feels somehow that I will be tribute about you in death. Though I understand no one can escape the sting of death but loosing you at this time was simply shocking. However, we cannot question God who finds it right to recall you back to him in his paradise.

Mummy, your life was exemplary in that you cared and showed love to all the Ladejobi children not minding that we are not all biologically yours. Also, your generosity will never be forgotten. We are grateful to God for bringing you into our family, the family you  embraced and lived in longer than some of the children born into your hand. 

It is important to mention that your senior sister Ma Biola is distraught about your passing and in fact, she has become unusually quiet since I broke the news to her!

I will surely miss hearing our Oriki from your mouth and not just that, I will also miss our banter and most importantly, the heart to heart frank talk about our family and life in general. Thank you for every word of wisdom and prayer said for us. Thank you for your understanding. I truly thank God for your life; which now lives on in our hearts.

May God uphold and keep your husband Soji, your children Folabi, Deremi and Debisi and their children. As well as your siblings and their entire family.

Mummy, we pray sincerely that God pardons all your earthly sins and grant you eternal rest in his heavenly kingdom.

Where do I start to talk about A woman full of energy!!!! Mummy always greeted you with a warm smile  and utmost humor . She would always say  a barrage of prayers whenever we meet after service she was never short of prayers  and words of encouragement for everyone and any situation .’”Baba Ibeji”  which means father of twins as she fondly called me ,”Adura ti gba OPE Loku “meaning  our prayers have been answered we just need to keep giving God praise.I’m glad I met you and my wife and  my entire family Celebrate your life and continue to give God praise for your kindness generosity your smile,humor and warmness of heart.You always danced and Praised God heartily which encouraged several other Grandmas in Church you will be greatly missed but I know you will continue to worship your maker with the Angels and Archangels.

Mummy Ladejobi was an embodiment of Matthew 5:14-16. She was a city set on a hill, who lifted people up and shone her light wherever she went. Her effusive nature was very heartwarming . She always addressed me fondly as “Omo Oba “ (The King’s Daughter), “Aya Oba” ( The King’s wife ). Mummy Ladejobi was a fervent prayer warrior and she danced like no one was watching as she glorified her maker.She loved God and people and was an open book, easy to read and love . She lived this verse: “Let your light so shine before men , that they may see your good works and glorify your father which is in heaven. You will be sorely missed ma . Iya wa, E sun re o.

Anytime I see my sake as I call her, She makes me happy, prays over my life and children. She was there for me  few years ago to run to for help.  A mother to run to for encouragement and  a sister to share secrets with. She was a peace maker and does not like malice. My sake will be missed by so many hearts she touched and healed with her kind words. She is gone but will not be forgotten. Rest in perfect peace mommy.

Oh death! Oh death grandma bola was such a nice, caring giving and praying woman always such a pleasant grandmother to all of us. May Allah forgive all her sins and grant her Al- Jannatul Firdaus ameen. You will be missed grandma😢😢-Kadiejatu

I was briefly introduced to granma in March 2019. Less than 30 minutes after she was sharing the food that was given to her with me. I thanked her politely but she refused and insisted I take it. That marked the beginning of a mother- daughter relationship. Many sundays granma and I will go visiting or just dropping things for other granmas. Too memories that I can’t pen down.  She’s surely in a better place by God’s grace amen 🙏🏽 

Don't even know where to begin, she was amazingly friendly , protective and helpful. She was my sister in law but as far as am concerned she was my SISTER. 

Grandma Ladejobi as I call her was a great fun to be with. The little time I had with her in Church TKP shows to me she loves God. She loves to share. A mother with a large heart who always encourages me to hold on to God.   She was my dance partner, who always love to praise God with her dancing skills. May God comfort all family members. Mama Remi as she’s fondly called by many but I call her mummy. She was a mother and a friend to me. I’m still finding it hard to come to terms with this new reality but, we bless God.🙏  🪦  I’ve known mummy for over 15 years but we became really close about 8 years ago when I was going through an especially hard divorce. She was my pillar of support, encourager and mediator in the way no one ever was. From there our bond developed. She had a special wisdom with relating with the younger generation without making you feel you’re too young. She was indeed a mother figure to me and will be terribly missed. I always tell people she’s my American mum! Mummy I miss you so much but I believe you’re in a better place… ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Mummy mummy…… the ever joyous mummy, you loved God, you loved everyone, the teacher, the prayer and praise woman, the giver, the selfless woman, the everything. Mother of all, words can’t describe you. I will forever miss you….  

Iya…. I cant believe i’m writing this…You truly were a special woman. Thank you for the gift of love. Now you’re sharing it up above. Iya Rere. Iya Adura, Iya Olorire, Iya mi Owon,. Your news of going home is too early,  but I konw Jesus love you more.  You were always there for me and my family. You were selfless, a giver, prayer warrior. You loved I remember you always joyous and your praise dances was  life and you live it to the fullest. You were never afraid to speak the truth. I remember that your telephone conversation is always loaded with prayers. Iya Sun re o. A o pade lese Jesu.  You will be missed. 

I met Iya September of this year. Unfortunately, this was the first  and only time.  It normally takes me time to warm up but her love and charm made me forget I wasn't at home! She welcomed me and treated me like a daughter at our first meeting, I became so comfortable,  I was in their pantry and I was in their pots!  We didn't talk, we gisted and we laughed and laughed. She loved on my kids so much that my 6 year old started to call her grandma. She was indeed so full of love and so willign to give that love. She was wise, she was giving, she was kind!  She was such a force and such a charming woman. I was looking forward to coming back to hang with Iya. Iya sun re oko mi! 

Mommy o ma ga o, this is too soon to leave us but knows the best and also I know you have gone to rest but you will never be forgotten. Sun re o, my second mom, big sister and one that's always there to help and support in every situation. Never see anything to be a bigissue to be done. Mommy, I will miss you but continue to Mommy o ma ga o, I know you gave gone to rest but will never be forgotten. Grandma Ladejobi, it's still a huge shock to think of you being gone from us forever and knowing I won't be able to see your bright and infectious smile again and hear your blessings and beautiful words for me & my family. I pray that God has you resting peacefully at his side and even though we hurt for you here we know you are where he needs you to be. I Love you Ma 🙏🏾❤️😢

The memory of the righteous is a blessing, but the name of the wicked will rot. (Prob 10:7) Iya’s memory is a blessing to all who knew her. Still in shock of her sudden passing but she has fought a good fight and  now resting in the blossom of the lord. My condolences to the children and and entire family, May the lord comfort you all. Her sweet memories lives on.

Iya, the news of your demise came as a shock and I am still in denial about it, but I have a consolation that we shall meet again . 
Iya , your are a woman of good heart, warm and receptive, no dull moments where ever you are , you were a prayerful woman , the little time I had the opportunity to be with you , I learnt not to procrastinate, I learnt to be a giver , I learnt to be very blunt and I learnt to be God pleaser not people’s pleaser. 
You will surely be missed , most especially your cooking. 
May the Lord Almighty sent comfort to Aderemi, the twins , all the children, grandchildren, siblings, cousins, nephews, the association and  the church family you left behind
