Danise Lin Baker

Danise left us on Monday, May 8, 2017. Our hearts are broken, but we will always remember her beautiful smile. She could light up a room. She was loving and caring of all people and things. Danise was born in Dayton, Ohio on February 5, 1972. She graduated from Stratford High School

in Houston, Texas. She got her Dental Hygiene degree at the University of Texas.

In 1988 Danise won the Miss Teen Houston contest and went on to win Miss Teen Texas. She modeled for the D’Lynn Modeling agency and taught modeling there.

She was loved by the many patients she worked with as a Hygienist. She was skilled, gentle and worked really well with children. She recently had a Downs Syndrome boy ask her to marry him.

Danise leaves behind three daughters Jenna, Kailey and Alyssa Burkes. She is also survived by her mother Linda O’Neill, father Danny Baker, step father Ken O’Neill, step mother Jane Baker, brother Danny Baker, sister in law Angie Baker, nephews Ellis and Kason Baker, grandfather Hank Hecker. She had a host of uncles, aunts and cousins.
