Hiep was born on April 9, 1970 to Joseph Ta and Mary Trinh Lam in Phuoc Tinh, Vietnam and immigrated to the United States with his family in 1975. He was the second eldest out of 8 sisters and brothers.
He was a simple man who greatly enjoyed many sports and activities like cruises, going to the gym, yard work, board games, fishing, and overall spending quality time with his family. He had a get-it-done mentality with everything he put his mind to and lit up every room with his contagious smile, sense of humor, and positive attitude.
A man of great Faith and integrity, Hiep always put his family first. Whether through acts of kindness, words of wisdom, or his unwavering support, he was a constant source of strength and inspiration to all who knew him. He was a selfless individual, always ready to lend a hand to anyone in need, and his love for his family knew no bounds. His devotion to his Faith was evident in everything he did. Hiep lived with a strong belief in God, and his actions reflected the love, compassion, and grace that are the hallmarks of a true man of Faith.
Hiep’s legacy will live on through his loving family, including his wife, Thuy Chu; his daughters Han and Linh Ta; his son-in-laws, Viet Tran and Ryan Chacko; and all those whose countless lives he touched.
Hiep Ta will be deeply missed, but his memory will continue to inspire and guide us. May he rest in peace, surrounded by God’s eternal love.
