Jack Bates Forrest

He was preceded in death by his wife Velma Forrest, grand daughter Kellie Laine DeJohn, brother Bill Forrest, brother Jerry Forrest, sister Jeanne Grey, mother Hazel Forrest and his little dog Chico.

Jack was raised in Rogers Arkansas. He was one of 6 children in the family. He later joined the Air Force. It was during his time in the Air Force that he met his wife Velma. He and Velma raised 2 children and were married for 35 years.

After being preceded in death by Velma, Jack married long time friend Edna. Edna had also been married and was widowed. Jack and Edna were happily married for 28 years until the time of his passing.

Jack is survived by: His wife Edna, daughter Sandra and husband Zenos, son Steve and wife Sharada, granddaughter Misty and husband Sam, granddaughter Jaclyn and husband Robert, grandson Bobby and wife Jennifer, grandson Steven, grandson Jason and wife Hillary. Also survived by his sister Suzanne and husband Tony, sister Barbara, 5 Step Children, 9 Step Grandchildren, and 11 Great Grandchildren.
