Jill Lynn Stoneburner

Jill was born on May 19, 1967 in Dallas, TX to her parents, Sally Jean and John Albert Tarver III. She graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Economics in 1989. She married Daryle Stoneburner in 1997. The Stoneburners met in Virginia and later moved to Katy, TX where she worked at Wells Fargo Bank as a mortgage loan officer.

Jill’s greatest love was being a mother to Zachary, Zane, and Joshua. She thrived on being a wife to Daryle and together they immersed the family in faith as long time members of Memorial Lutheran Church in Houston, TX. She was a diehard football fan, and she greatly enjoyed watching and supporting her sons in athletics. She was their biggest cheerleader. Jill was all about family.

Jill was a blackbelt in karate. She had a love for forensic crime dramas and hot wings.

Jill is survived by her husband, Daryle Stoneburner and sons Zachary Michael, Zane Matthew and Joshua Martin; mother, Sally Jean and sister Jennifer Ann Tarver; and mother-in-law, Linda Stoneburner. She is preceded in death by her father, John Albert Tarver III; her father-in-law, Howard Stoneburner and brother-in-law, Jeffrey Stoneburner.

Visitation will take place at Memorial Lutheran Church in Houston, Texas on Thursday, August 17 at 10:00 a.m., followed by a Memorial Service at Noon. A reception following the memorial will take place at the church.
