

John was born July 13, 1956 in Dallas, Texas and graduated from Weatherford High School in 1971. Afterwards he was awarded an Associates degree at Weatherford Community College, and continued learning his whole life. John put his devotion into being a pastor, a real estate broker, and countless other areas of expertise. Most notably, he was a Petroleum Landman for various oil and gas companies. John was also affiliated with the 700 club, was a member of staff and sword church group, and was honored to be a commissioned Kentucky colonel. John enjoyed bible study, hunting, fishing, was an avid music and movie connoisseur, loved to spend time with his friends and family, and was described as a friend to all.
John Mac Sisk was preceded in death by his father, Wallace Trueet Sisk, and his children, Chanda Lee Anne Sisk and John Robert Sisk. He leaves behind his loving wife of 47 years, Caryl Anne Sisk of Houston, Tx; beloved mother Nancy Ellen Sisk of Kingwood, Tx; his loyal brother Wallace Trueet Sisk Jr of Houston, Tx; and his caring sister Jane Marie Sisk and husband of Kingwood, Tx ; his supportive grandson Luke William Sisk and his wife of Houston, Tx; and a host of other cousins, family, and friends.
John was an honorable Husband, Father, and friend, and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
