Judy was born on February 22, 1940, in Willis, Texas, and grew up in Orange, Texas. After the loss of the love of her life, Doc, she courageously moved to Houston with her children in pursuit of a better future. As a devoted single mother, she built a successful career as a legal secretary, providing for her family through determination, resilience, and unwavering love.
Judy was known for her strength & independence,. She faced life’s challenges with grace and perseverance, always putting her children first. Her legacy lives on through the family she loved.
She is survived by her daughter Yvonne Evans and husband Smed; her son Charles Beaver & wife Deborah; her grandchildren Travis Hayes & wife Karla, Connor Evans and wife Kayli; and her great-grandchildren Caitlyn Hayes and Skyler Evans.
Judy will be remembered as a strong woman, a loving mother and grandmother. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
