Mariana H. Felix

Mariana H. Felix, age 79, of Houston, Texas passed away on Friday, September 15, 2023. She was born in Chihuahua, Mexico on January 23, 1944 to Pamfilo Holguin and Matilde Orozco. Mariana worked hard for Memorial Hermann Hospital for over 30 years and Piccadilly Restaurant. She enjoyed dancing, singing, playing bingo and at the casinos. She was proceeded in death by her husband Alfredo Felix, brother Pamfilo Holguin, sister Aurora N. Mar, parents Pamfilo Holguin and mother Matilde Orozco. She is survived by sisters: Elvira Vizcarra, Elisa Velasquez, brother Manuel Orozco. Children: Bertha Alicia Covarruvias (Camilo), Yolanda Ordonez (Raubel Tamayo), Rogelio Felix (Victoria), Andres Felix, Javier Felix. Grandchildren: Luis (Erika) Covarruvias, Alex Covarruvias, Karina (Justin) Liccioni, Jessica (Javier) Dormes, Stephanie Ordonez, Jeovanna Ordonez (Hector Moreno), Henry Jr. Ordonez, Josh Lukas Ordonez, Roger Felix, Noah Felix, Jonah Felix, Emily Felix(Miguel Gonzalez), Mia Felix, Lydia Felix, Isaac Sosa and 16 great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.

A visitation for Mariana will be held Sunday, September 24, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Katy Funeral Home, 23350 Kingsland Blvd, Katy, Texas 77494, before a rosary service at 4:00 PM. A funeral service will take place on Monday, September 25, 2023 at Katy Funeral Home at 10:00 AM, to be followed by a committal service from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038.
