Born on March 25,1942 in Paris, Texas, Pat grew up in Chicago, Illinois. She met the love of her life, Ron, at the age of 17. They married in 1961 and remained happily married for 63 years. They have an incredible family - daughters Laura Rossi and Carol Orsak, son-in-law A.J. Orsak and grandson Chase Orsak.
Pat loved being with Ron and her family. She and Ron traveled often, but she was always glad to get back to her favorite place, their home. She took great pride in making a warm and welcoming home for her family. Nothing brought her more joy than her role as wife, mother and grandmother. She was always there, whether at a corporate event with Ron, their daughters’ many activities, or Chase’s baseball games. She was always an enthusiastic cheerleader for her family.
She was a devoted friend and co-worker. She retired from Fort Bend ISD after 27 years at Quail Valley Middle School and Dulles High School as an administrative assistant to the principal. She loved solving problems and making everyone’s days easier.
She will be remembered for her determination, generosity and unwavering love for her family and friends.
Pat loved music, performing arts and animals. In lieu of flowers, we’d appreciate donations to the SPCA of Houston in Pat’s name. www.houstonspca.org.
