

Anna Jean (Henrie) Norris, 89, a resident of Keene, NH, passed away peacefully at the Westwood Care and Rehabilitation Center in Keene on Friday, September 30, 2016, following a period of declining health.
She was born September 3, 1927, in Berwick, PA, the daughter of Lester and Mary (Devans) Henrie. She was a 1944 graduate of Berwick High School.
She worked as the Executive Secretary to the General Manager at ACF in Berwick, PA. After they closed she worked as the Executive Secretary for TRW in Danville, PA, prior to moving to Keene. She managed the Simon Pierce location in the Colony Mill and she finished her career with Cheshire County Savings Band and then TD Bank.
On September 23, 1962 she married the love of her life: Russel K. Norris and joined his family. She was a gormet cook and loved to read. There was also a very special place in her heart for animals, especially her cat, Annie.
She is survived by three sons: David Norris and his wife Margaret of Greenfield, MA, James Norris and his wife Dianne of Cape May, NJ and John Norris and his wife Debby of Keene, two grandsons: Stephen and Jason and several nieces, nephews and extended family members. She is predeceased by husband: Russell Norris, her brother: Karl Henrie and her sister Frieda Hons.
Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at 1pm in the Mondanock View Cemetery, Park Ave, Keene, NH. There will be no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Monadnock Humane Society, 101 West Swanzey Road, Swanzey, NH. 03446.
