Cynthia J White

She was born May 17, 1956, in Keene, New Hampshire, the daughter of Alfred and Loretta (Clough) White. She was a 1974 graduate of Keene High School.

For many years Cindy has worked at the Mini-Mart off Route 12 in Troy, New Hampshire. She enjoyed her work there and enjoyed being able to meet new people. She would always take the time to get to know her customers and was interested in their lives and families.

Cindy loved her family very much and enjoyed spending time with them, especially her grandchildren. She was a “Mother to many”, a great mom and incredible “Grammy”. She had a wonderful personality and was witty and free-spirited. Her devotion and compassion for people ran deep and her care and love for her family came straight from her heart. One of her favorite times of the year was Christmas, and she would always get small treasures for the people she loved.

She is survived by four daughters: Stephanie Faulkner and her husband Cliff of Fitzwilliam, NH, Jamie Nadeau of Keene, NH, Brianne Nadeau and her partner Dakota Dunton of Keene, NH and Alyssa Hale of Keene, NH, three grandchildren: Tyler and Trista Faulkner and Dominic Dunton, two brothers: Michael White of Keene, NH and Daniel White of Keene, NH and several nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Cindy’s family would like to thank the very special friends who helped in her care and who visited her during her final months and weeks. Your acts of kindness will never be forgotten.

Family and friends are invited to call on the family Thursday, April 3, 2014, from 4 to 6pm, at the Foley Funeral Home, 49 Court Street, Keene, NH The family asks that those attending the Calling Hours please wear their favorite scarf, in honor of Cindy.
