

She was born in Springfield, Mass., December 23, 1920, the daughter of Edward and Alice (Baldwin) Blanchard.
She and her husband Bud owned and operated Bud and Dolly’s Restaurant for 27 years, first in Spofford, then later relocating the restaurant to Route 101 on the Marlborough and Keene town line.
She enjoyed cooking and baking and was known for her wonderful apple pies. In her younger years, Mrs. Woodbury enjoyed fishing and camping. She was always willing to help others in need, providing a shoulder to lean on and advice to help those along the way. Her family was her joy in life, especially her grandchildren. She was known for her wonderful ability at story-telling.
Mrs. Woodbury is survived by a son, Alan B. McGrath, Sr. and his wife, Jean, of White River Junction, VT; grandchildren, Alan B. McGrath, Jr. and his fiancée, Henekis Stoddard of Wheelock, VT, Heidi St. Peter of Wilder, VT, Scott Tracy and his wife, Daniellle, Stephen Castor and his wife Bonnie of Craig, Alaska, Pamela Norris and her husband, Jim, of Arizona, Brenda Finn and her late husband, David, of Prescott, AZ, Thomas Castor and his companion, Sandy Smith Dupree of Hopkinton, NH, Andy Castor and his wife, Debi, of Marlborough, Norah Castor Gordon of Clayton, NC; great-grandchildren, Austin St. Peter, Jonathan Castor, Heather Castor, Beth Martinuk, Jamie Mata, Nick Norris, Ben Norris, Tim Hockett, Jeremy Hockett, Rebekah Finn, Daniel Finn, Nate Finn, Cayle Castor, Beck Castor, Jeannette Rivera, Arrielle Barfield, Mandy Castor, Andrew Castor, Brach Gordon, Nina Gordon; great-great-grandchildren, Austin, Ryan, Arriella, Connor, Taina, Claira, Millie, Ella, DeAndre, Noah, Tanner, Annie, Valerie, Hayden, Isaac, Clare, Eden, Lexie; brothers-in-law, Owen Madden and his daughter, Francie, Donald “Ducky” Castor and his sons and daughter, Donnie, Diane and Danny, of Keene; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband of 34 years, Frank “Bud” Woodbury in 1991; a daughter, Joyce M. Castor in 2004; granddaughter, Cheryl Castor; son-in-law, Paul V. Castor in 1988; two sisters, Norma Madden and Gloria Castor; and a brother, Carl Robinson.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 19, 2013 at 2:00 PM in the Foley Funeral Home, 49 Court Street, Keene, NH. Burial will follow in the Village Cemetery, High Street, Spofford. Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday evening from 6:00 to 8:00PM at the Foley Funeral Home.
