

She was born in Keene, Sept. 1, 1926, daughter of Ira O. and Inez M. (George) Willard and lived in Keene for most of her life.
Mrs. Wilder graduated from Keene High School in 1944 and was active in sports while in high school. She played basketball and field hockey.
She moved to Munsonville in 1947 when she married Alden E. Wilder and they observed their 50th wedding anniversary in 1997. She served as treasurer of the Nelson School District from 1959 to 1965. She was elected town clerk in 1964, and served a one-year term before returning to Keene in 1965.
Mrs. Wilder was employed at the Keene National Bank, which later became Fleet Bank and then Bank of America. She also worked at the Kingsbury Corporation and at the Federal Credit Union.
Survivors include a son, Allen E. Wilder of Troy; a granddaughter, Kaitlin R. Wilder; and several nieces and nephews. Her husband, Alden Wilder, died in 1997 and her brothers, Bernard E. Willard and Robert I. Willard, and a sister, Hazel V. Fuller, died earlier.
Services for will be private. Burial will take place at the family lot in the Munsonville Cemetery later in the Spring. The Fletcher Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Keene is in charge of arrangements.
