

She was born in Keene, August 1, 1938, the daughter of Ida May (Buzzell) and Joseph Gilbert Lovely and has resided in the Monadnock region all of her life.
Helen attended Keene schools and went on to work at the former Quality Shoppe, in the marketing department of Schleicher and Schuell, then at Center Stage Cheshire County before her retirement. She was a hard worker and well respected by those she worked with.
She especially enjoyed the company of her family and took pride in being a lifelong family caregiver.
Survivors include: a son Michael Mansfield and his wife Carla; a granddaughter Rebecca Mansfield of Westmoreland, a brother Richard Lovely of Keene, a sister Marion Lovely of Green Bay WI, the two grandnieces that she helped raise: Jennifer Jean Lovely of Claremont NH, and Ann Marie Rye of Green Bay WI, daughter in law Kimberly Mansfield of Greenfield NH, as well as several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great grandnieces and great grandnephews.
She is predeceased by her parents, eight of her brothers and sisters, by her son Martin Mansfield who died last December, and is the widow of Gordon J. Mansfield who died in 1979.
There will be private Graveside Services to be held in the Fall. There are no public calling hours. Burial will take place at the family lot in the Monadnock View Cemetery, West Keene.
