Jeffrey A Tucker

He was born on October 27, 1972 in Keene, NH, the son of William M. and Lynda L. (Papenfuse) Tucker. Jeff grew up in Keene and was a 1991 graduate of Keene High School. He earned an Associates Degree in Machine Tool Technology from the N.H. Technical College in Nashua in 1993.

He worked for Kingsbury Machine Tool Corp, Continental Cable and for the family business, Tucker’s Power Equipment for the past 24 years.

Along with being an avid fisherman, enjoying time on Spofford Lake, he enjoyed gaming on his Xbox, playing pool, golfing with friends, playing darts and watching NE sports and NASCAR on TV. He was an accomplished bowler, competing in the Nationals yearly, and on many local teams. He recently achieved a perfect 300, one of many he had bowled in his life.

Jeff was a wonderful father; he truly cherished time spent with his daughters and his girlfriend. He was a supportive and caring friend, always quick with a smile, a wave and a comeback. Whether in the company truck, at the bowling alley, on the water, or just out and about, he was always aware of those around and took the time to say hello or give a few minutes to catch up on news.

He is survived by his girlfriend and partner: Kathy Lafirira of Keene; his two daughters: Gabryelle Tucker and LilyMarie Tucker of Keene; his parents Bill and Lynda Tucker of Keene; a brother, Matthew Tucker and his wife Marianne and their two children; Mackenzie and Maxwell of Keene; an aunt, Audrey Starkey and her husband Russell of Keene and an uncle, David Papenfuse and his wife Sue of Virginia; as well as many cousins and even more numerous friends.

Calling Hours will be held on Wednesday from 5:00 until 8:00 at the Fletcher Funeral Home. Burial in the family lot in Monadnock View Cemetery will be private. The Fletcher Funeral Home & Cremation Services (www.fletcherfuneralhome.com ), 33 Marlboro St., Keene, NH, is in charge of the arrangements.
