

Kelly Anne Torrey, age 67, of Charlestown, New Hampshire passed away on April 3, 2026, Good Friday, at the Jack Byrne Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Born on April 27, 1958 in Bellows Falls, Vermont.
A New Hampshire native, Kelly raised her four children while working hard to support her family, throughout her life, she held a variety of roles, always centered around caring for others. She began as a Candy Striper and went on to become a Head Chef, later serving as a Program Manager for Home Health Care Hospice and Community Services. In her work with Friendly Meals and Meals on Wheels, Kelly poured her heart into serving her community, helping ensure that countless seniors were cared for and supported.
Kelly was a deeply hardworking woman who dedicated her life to helping others. Her love for music, singing, and dancing reflected her joyful spirit, which she shared generously with everyone around her.
After the heartbreaking loss of her son to a drunk driver, Kelly turned her grief into purpose. She volunteered her time as President of Mothers Against Drunk Driving, Cheshire County Chapter, where her service was both meaningful and impactful. In recognition of her dedication, she was invited to meet with the Governor to share her work and advocacy.
Kelly’s life was one of hard work, love, and giving back. She will be deeply missed, and her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her three children, Breige Anne Reilly, Kathleen Maura Reilly (Major Adam Fox), and Colin Edward Torrey; four sisters, Tracy Miller (David Mack), Hody Brusgis (Paul Brusgis), Melaine Mooney (Greg Mooney), and Mellissa Miller; two brothers, Tim Miller and Ken Miller (Rachel Miller); three cherished grandchildren, Charlotte Anne Reilly, Madalynn Brooke Pratt, and Harper Marie Pratt.
She is predeceased by her husband, Lance Edward Torrey, former spouse, Kevin Reilly her beloved son, Matthew Joseph Reilly; and Mothers and Fathers, Maureen (Diggins) Caskin, Roland Caskin, Ken Miller, and Janice Miller.
A graveside service for Kelly will be held on Monday, April 13, 2026 at 2:00pm at St. Peter’s Cemetery, Drewsville Road in Walpole, New Hampshire 03604. Immediately followed by the burial, a Gathering in Remembrance of Kelly’s life will be held at The Clubhouse Bar & Grille, 32 Hastings Court, Suite 1, Charlestown, New Hampshire, 03603.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Kelly’s memory to DiLuzio Foley And Fletcher Funeral Home or directly to the family to help ease funeral expenses.
