His parents, Walter W. and Charlotte E. (Heath) Minard welcomed their son into the world on December 8, 1946, in Newburg, NY.
Richard grew up in New York, moving to the area in the early 1960’s.
At the age of 25, Richard enlisted and proudly served his country in the United States Army and for seventeen years in the Army National Guard.
Richard worked for a longtime as a driver with Ideal Taxi Company in Keene, and later as a driver with Athen’s Pizza of Keene.
He is survived by his son, Scott A. Hall; his daughter Annmarie Colvin; his brothers, Michael Heath of Keene and Robert Minard of Harrisville, NH; his sisters, Donna Trafagander of NY and Mary Minard formerly of NY and now TN; and several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2025, at 11:00am in the Monadnock View Cemetery, Park Avenue, Keene. All are welcome to attend.
