Roger L Wood Jr.

He was born in Clinton, MA., on January 25, 1957, the son of Roger L and Frances M (St John) Wood, Sr. He grew up in the Still River area of Harvard, MA . graduating from Bromfield High School in 1975.

He had worked as an Apprentice Plummer with his father in the Harvard, MA. area and then at the Crotched Mountain Rehabilitation Center before becoming a welder for a steel company.

He enjoyed gardening as well as tinkering with various projects around the home.

He is survived by his two sons: Adam Wood and his wife Kelly of Raymond, NH and Matthew Wood of Washington, NH; his mother: Frances M. Wood of Stoddard, NH; two grandchildren: Andrew and Emily Wood of Raymond; as well as many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends.

Calling hours will be held Monday, February 18 from 5:00 until 7:00 at the Fletcher Funeral Home. There will be a private family Graveside Service at the Bellevue Cemetery in Harvard, MA.

In Lieu of flowers, it is the request of the family that memorial donations be made, in Roger L. Wood, Jr.’s name, to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute (www.dana-farber.org), 450 Brookline Ave, Boston, MA 02215.
