

He was born in Keene, NH on December 18, 1950, the youngest of nine children of Richard Ivan and Vernita Blair of Swanzey, NH.
He was a devoted husband to his wife Pam for 56 years and was very proud of his son Justin, his daughter-in-law Bonnie and his very dear grandchildren, Summer and Lucas, who along with Justin made his life rich, fulfilling and complete. He is also survived by his brother Francis Blair of Keene.
Scott was a veteran of the Vietnam War.
He was a gentleman and always his own person with a kind heart. His strength was preferring to focus on the bright side of things. He served a distinguished 35-year career with Interstate Electrical Services Corp. of New England ending as Manager of Vermont Operations.
Radio control flying was a lifelong passion and proficiency, and he served as President of the Ashuelot Valley Flyers for 30 years. Scott was an accomplished marksman. The online air guns hobbyist community will miss him. Model trains were also an interest of his. He was a nature lover and loved biking and kayaking. Always a keeper of nice cars, he enjoyed long rides with his wife in his Porsche.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the spring.
