Cpl Carl Johnson wrote: “We’re speaking of the 272nd Inf. Regt’s Ted Bergeron, one of the hardest running fullbacks ever to wear the blue jersey of a Raider. Ted “Battering Ram” Bergeron is a quiet, soft spoken individual, who can either take publicity in his stride or leave it with equal composure.”
