

He was born in Bellows Falls, VT on October 6, 1971, the son of William E. Cannon, Sr. and Ann (Dunton) LaClair. Mr. Cannon has lived in the area for most of his life.
He was a skilled auto repair technician with experience in heavy equipment repair. He worked for a number of area businesses including G&R Autoworks in Keene, Hayes Car & Truck in Sullivan, Dave’s Automotive in Marlborough, the Towns of Nelson and Sullivan and John Bolles Construction. Most recently he worked for the Gilsum Garage for the past five years.
In addition, he enjoyed repairing, restoring and refurbishing old farm tractors engines, motorcycles and hot rods. He also enjoyed hunting and attending car shows. He especially enjoyed riding motorcycles and dirt bikes with his sons.
Annually, Mr. Cannon took part in the local Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Charity Dirt-Bike Ride.
Mr. Cannon is survived by his sons Andrew and Wade Cannon of Marlow; his daughter Samantha Cannon also of Marlow; his mother Ann LaClair, and spouse Michael D. LaClair Sr., of Gilsum; his father William Cannon, Sr. of Newport; his sister Michelle Kezer, and husband Eric, of Manchester; his brothers Travis Tarbell, and wife Missy, of Westmoreland and Bryan Tarbell of Alstead; daughter in his heart Sarah Truehart of Troy; his girlfriend Sarah Carron of Gilsum; many nieces and nephews; many aunts and uncles as well as many close friends.
Services for Mr. Cannon will be held on Wednesday, December 28th, 2011, 9:30 AM at Fletcher Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 33 Marlboro St., Keene, NH. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday evening from 5:00 – 7:00 PM also at the funeral home.
