Elin Grace Ricketts

Our sweet baby girl, Elin Grace Ricketts ran into the arms of Jesus on October 29, 2019. She passed peacefully in the arms of her Mommy, surrounded by the rest of her family who all loved her so much at Cook Children's hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. Elin Grace was born on October 7, 2019 at 9:19 AM weighing 4 lbs. 14 oz. and was 16.7 inches long.

During her 3 short weeks on earth she touched countless lives and was loved so deeply by her family and so many others. Her life was a brief gift to us from God and she will live on in our hearts until we hold her again in Heaven.

Elin Grace was born with Trisomy 18, which is considered by many to be "incompatible with life". She fought so hard and proved so many wrong. She was our little miracle. She was called "feisty" by all her nurses and had such a strong will to live.

Elin Grace is the daughter of Billy and Mindy Ricketts. She is survived by her 3 sisters Avery, Brooke, and Chloe, and her brother Dax, all of Fort Worth, Texas; maternal grandmother Sandra Gassaway of Waller, Texas; paternal Grandparents Roger and Barbara Ricketts of Paradise, Texas; paternal great-grandfather Alfred Henderson of Longmont, CO; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral Service will be held at 2 pm, Saturday, November 9, 2019 at Grace Church, 4740 Western Center Blvd, Haltom City, Texas 76137. Graveside Service to follow at Bourland Cemetery, 900 Bourland Rd Keller, Texas 76248.
