James Deaton Tarwater, age 70, of Fort Worth, Texas passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2025, and now dwells in the house of the Lord. He was born on October 4, 1954 in Fort Worth, Texas to John C. (Jake) Tarwater and Mildred Deaton Tarwater of Smithfield, Texas.
Jimmy attended Richland High School and Graduated in 1972 and went to work for Thomas S. Byrne until his retirement in 2021.
He is survived by his wife Elizabeth (Lisa) Morris Tarwater of 42 years, and his brother John C (Johnny) Tarwater and his wife Darla. Nieces Michelle Tarwater West and husband Kevin West. Lori Tarwater Corder and husband Chris. Adopted Grandson Beau'D Gene Hamby, and God Daughter Gabrella (Gabie) Peyton Rimer.
Jimmy had a love for his animals and playing golf and is surely doing that in heaven.
