Joanne G Murray

Joanne G. Murray, of North Richland Hills, went to be with her Heavenly Father on March 22, 2025. Joanne recently celebrated her 89th birthday on March 2nd. She will always be remembered for the love and care she showed to everyone. Throughout her life, she worked at several churches, caring for children as if they were her own. She had a heart for the Lord and loved others the way Jesus did—with kindness, grace, and unwavering faith. In her final months, she faced Parkinson’s and dementia while being cared for in a nursing home. She is survived by her loving husband, Marvin Murray; her daughter Teri and son-in-law Richard Thomas; her son Jeff Prevett; stepson Randy Murray and daughter-in-law Jeannie Murray; and stepson

Richard Murray. She is also survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Peggy and Danny Matthews; her sister Nancy Moore; and her brother Joe Grimsey. Joanne was deeply blessed with two grandchildren, Stephanie Anne and Shyanne Prevett, as well as great-great-grandchildren and her best friend, Leslie McCoy. Joanne was preceded in death by her daughter Sharyn Crownover. She will be dearly missed by many and will always be remembered for the way she made everyone feel like family.
