I remember Kaylee as a bright and upbeat 6th grader at BCI.  It breaks my heart to hear of her passing.  My deepest sympathy to her family and friends.  Siri Smith (Pink Pod at the time).

Years may pass, but a person like Kaylee is unforgettable. She was the cutest little toddler who had the biggest smile. Not to mention, hands down the best dressed. Her sassy personality always made my day when I taught her at PSE. She was so sweet with the tenderest heart. I’ve thought about her quite often in the years that have passed. We adopted naming my mom “Sassy” as her grandma name & it’s all because of Kaylee. Anytime people ask how we got Sassy, I tell people from the cutest little girl who I taught at PSE. My heart goes out to all of her loved ones. Praying for peace and comfort during such heartbreak. I’ll continue to keep her memory alive everytime someone asks how my mom got her grandma name. 🤍

Kaylee to me will always be the little girl with a BIG smile on her face. I was lucky enough to be with her during her years at PSE (preschool) We shared my lunch at naptime and cuddles galore. While teacher's aren't suppose to have "favorites" Kaylee was my shadow. She was always so sweet and helpful to the kids in class... I ran into Kaylee a few times during her elementary years and it was such a JOY to squeeze her and see her growing into a young lady. 💖

My deepest condolences are sent to Kaylee’s family and friends. I met her in treatment and she truly is a light in human form. God needed his angel to come home and it’s unfortunate it was so soon. I will miss her dearly but I know she is forever with us all in spirit. Sending love and strength ❤️‍🩹

From the moment Kaylee approached me, I was struck by her ability to have personable yet professional conversations. She was a young woman with a clear vision for her future after graduating high school. Despite her unexpected passing, I believe she will continue to fulfill her dreams in heaven as she aspired to do on earth. Her determination and positive attitude will continue to inspire others to carry on her legacy. I have the privilege of working with a few of her friends in my class this upcoming school year, and I will ensure to use Kaylee's memory as an inspiration for all of us to move forward.
