YOUNG, Frank Robert passed away in Kelowna on May 15, 2012 at the age of 91 years. Survived by his loving wife Isabel; children Donald (Jennifer), Carol (Bob); granddaughter Regan (Jason); two great-grandchildren; step children Terry (Rick), John (Debbie), Peggy, June (Jim); five step grandchildren and four step great-grandchildren.
