It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved son, brother, father, uncle, nephew and cousin. Jeffrey was a kind person with a big heart who loved his daughter unconditionally.
He will be sadly missed by his parents, Ronald Roy and Linda Tjia. His daughter Aliyah. His sisters, Tracy, Diane, Tabitha and Samantha. His brothers, Ricky and David. Along with several, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Gone but never forgotten. Until we meet again. Rest easy.
