LOUGH: Jessica . It is with great sadness that we wish to announce the passing of Jessica on September 21st at Kelowna General Hospital after a very short but courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband of 31 years Monty, daughters Alexa (Kelly), Megan (Mats), Jackie (Dan) and son Ryan. She is also survived by her parents John and Nora, brothers Jason and Justin and granddaughter Brooklyn. She loved her Grandmother and a host of relatives.
Jessica was born in Mesa, Arizona and moved to Canada at the age of 2. Growing up she loved gymnastics, horses and visiting her family back in Pennsylvania. Her early years took her to Winnipeg and Calgary, during her Father’s CFL career. A move back to Calgary is where Jessica met Monty. Over the years they moved to Mississauga, Kamloops and settled in Kelowna in 2006. Jessica was a very dedicated wife/mother and loved spending her down time with her family and her Sunday baking. Jessica truly was the most loving, funny, selfless, kind hearted person and left a lasting impression on everyone she met. She gave her family endless memories and will be greatly missed.
A special thank you is extended to the wonderful staff of the Rehab nursing and unit 4B at KGH.
A family celebration of Jessica's life will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Joanna’s house.
