Mary Dyck Buhler

1921 ~ 2013

With sadness we announce the passing of Mary Buhler on January 18, 2013 in Kelowna, BC at the age of 91 years.

Mary will be lovingly remembered by her children: George (Bjorg) Buhler, Wally Buhler, Ernie Buhler, Bill Buhler, Art Buhler, Rose (Al) Neufeld, Rick (Diane) Buhler, Cal (Deedee) Buhler, Linda (Ron) Willford, and Vi Roussell; 19 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and extended family.

She was sadly predeceased by her husband Frank, in 1988.

Frank and Mary moved to Kelowna in 1966 with their family, and truly enjoyed life in the Okanagan. She spent the last 3 years as a resident of Three Links Manor.

A Visitation will be held at Valleyview Funeral Home, 165 Valleyview Road, Kelowna, BC from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Thursday, January 24th 2013. Her Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, January 24th, 2013 in the chapel of Valleyview Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 2850 Dry Valley Road, Kelowna, BC

Memorial donations in Mary’s name may be made to the Kelowna Gospel Mission, 259 Leon Avenue, Kelowna, BC V1Y 6J1.
