Mr. Charles Sherbert Sr.

Charles Wayne Sherbert Sr. was born June 23, 1940 in Dallas, Texas to parents Mallard Sherbert Sr. and Ethel Marie (Horton) and entered into eternal rest March 3, 2017 at the age of 76. Chuck was an amazing father and grandfather. He loved his kids, grandkids, and Squirrel. Chuck loved hunting, fishing and working in the yard which he kept beautiful. He always helped others in need. Chuck was a caring, loving and extremely wonderful man with everyone. He will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved him.

Chuck is preceded in death by his parents, wife Violet Sherbert, sisters; Imogene Taylor, Geraldine Blackwell Sherbert and Marie Poole, brother James Lewis Sherbert Sr., sons; Charles “Chucky” Sherbert and Gary Dewayne Sherbert.

He is survived by his wife Joan Perryman, son Leslie Sherbert and Susan of Kemp, daughter Tonja Hair Snavely and Charles of Kemp, daughter Isandra Johnson of Tool, son Bobby Perryman of Athens, granddaughter Candace Sherbert of Kemp, grandson Clayton Sherbert of Kemp, granddaughter Holly Marie Mayfield and Larry of McGregor, grandson George Wesley Hair Jr. of Kemp, grandson Garron Wayne Sherbert of Palestine, grandson Adam Chase Sherbert of Richland, granddaughter Ava Cable of Tool, granddaughter Christina Johnson of Kentucky, great grandchildren; Kevin Michael Mayfield, Kaydee Marie Mayfield, Lawson Ray Sherbert, other brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and many other loved ones and friends.
