I worked with Eileen and remember she always had a helpful suggestion if you asked her a question. She helped me protect a tree from the landscapers. She will be missed. May she rest in peace and find the light.

With heartfelt sympathy to the family and friends of Ms. Knauth. May God’s Word bring you comfort, and may you find strength in knowing that others share in your sorrow. Losing someone we love is one of the most difficult trials we face in life. Yet the Bible gives us hope! It points to a beautiful future, as Isaiah 25:8 (and Revelation 21:3,4) promises: “God will actually swallow up death forever and Jehovah God will certainly wipe the tears from all faces.” Please also read John 5:28,29. These wonderful verses have brought comfort to many who are grieving, myself included. I truly hope they bring you peace as well.  Once again, my deepest and sincerest condolences.

Worked with her at Depot. A customer once referred to her as “The garden gangster” and she absolutely loved that when I told her, so that’s what I called her from there on out. 🫶

She is Loved. Many great Home Depot Days with her.

My mother was the strongest, most radiant woman I’ve ever known, and losing her has left an ache I can’t describe.
She was brilliant, quick-witted, and could do anything—fix, create, laugh, love with her whole heart. I’ll forever miss our guitar nights, her fingers finding the melody first, her voice wrapping around mine. I’ll miss her stories that made us cry with laughter, and those deep, late-night talks about life, faith, and everything that mattered.
She raised four daughters with fierce, shaping love, teaching us to sing before we could talk, filling our home with music that still lives in me. She worked hard, danced till dawn, and in her sixties, built two huge gardens in scorching heat—hands in the dirt, joy in her soul.
She loved God deeply and loved us beyond words. Through every trial, she carried grace and dignity that never wavered, right until He called her Home.
Now she’s with Him, whole and shining in glory. That thought comforts me through the tears.
The world is dimmer without her. She was irreplaceable—my hero, my heart.
Thank you, Mom, for everything. Every note, every laugh, every lesson, every ounce of love. I’ll carry you forever. I love you more than words can hold.
