Albert Stevens Puckett, 75, of Marietta, died Monday, June 16, 2014. Visitation and funeral will be held Thursday at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw. Visitation will begin at noon and the funeral will follow in the funeral home chapel at 2pm. Burial will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta.
Mr. Puckett was a Cobb native who had served our country honorable in the US Army. His working career was spent with General Motors Automotive where he retired after 35.8 years in 2006. In his spare time, Mr. Puckett enjoyed gardening, western movies, and his church Faith Baptist Temple in Powder Springs.
Those who survive are his sons – Steven P. Ard of White, GA and Albert Steven (Stacy) Puckett, II of Marietta; daughters – Deborah Watts of Marietta, Susan Brown of Roswell, and Lori Sealock of Peyton, CO; brother – Charles Puckett of Powder Springs and sister – Betty. There are also 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren that survive.
