Alice Mae Kostuch

Alice Mae Kostuch of Powder Springs, GA passed away peacefully on 08/23/23. Alice was born in Eau Claire, WI to Bert and Marge (Olson) Foster. Alice is preceded in death by four sisters and a brother. Alice was married to her loving husband Roger Kostuch who predeceased her in 2007. Alice was loved dearly by all. She always had a smile and had a happy outlook on life. Alice enjoyed playing the piano and traveling on vacations with family back to north woods of Northern Wisconsin and Michigan. She also loved her movies and watching “Wheel of Fortune” and “Jeopardy”. Alice was a Registered Nurse for many years at Piedmont Hospital and retired in 1996. Alice is survived by her children Thomas Kostuch of Powder Springs, Julie (Philip) Darracott of Woodstock, Stephanie (David) Vaughan of Powder Springs and Douglas (Catherine Oster) Kostuch of St. Clair Shores, MI and grandchildren Thomas Darracott, Michael and Matthew Kostuch and great grandkids Brayden and Maddox Darracott and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 1, at 9:00 AM in the Chapel of Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home. Interment will follow at 11:00m AM in Georgia National Cemetery where she will be laid to rest next to her husband.
