A wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Billie was loved by all. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Bartow County and was a proud U.S. Air Force Veteran.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Lee Cox; brother,Herbert Butterworth ; and sister, Nancy Butterworth ,Martha Gravitt. She is survived by her sons, Michael James Cox and his wife, Michelle Lynn Cox, and Timothy Lee Cox and his wife, Sara Louise Cox; brother,Bennie Gravitt ; sister, ; grandsons, Timothy Matthew Cox and Kevin Cox; granddaughters, Shannon Cox and Shelby Cox; granddaughters, Brenda Tuvison, Sandra Lang, and Jennifer Lemay; and two great-grandchildren, Raven Lemay and Natalee Williamson.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 22, 2016 from 11:00 AM until service time at 12:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw with Pastor Brad Dewberry officiating. Friends are welcome to join the family at the Georgia National Cemetery Wednesday at 2:30 PM for her inurnment.
