

A wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Diana had worked at HP for 15 years prior to working as an order processor for the carpet manufacturer, Shaw Industries. She had been a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. She enjoyed crabbing, cross stitching, and golfing. Diana was an amazing bowler and enjoyed bowling with all of the pro's including the likes of Don Carter. She had various bowling achievements including articles in the local newspapers as well as "Bowler of the Year." Her best game bowled was a 257 while she was 8 months pregnant with her son, Joe; the first two frames were spares and the remaining were all strikes.
Diana is preceded in death by her parents, Gennaro and Mary Esposito; brother, John Esposito; and grandson, Anthony Gennaro Polo. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Joseph Polo; son, Joseph A. Polo of Temple and his significant other, Karen Gillum of Kennesaw; daughter, Jeanna Manders of Louisville; brother, Richard Esposito of Canton; and six grandchildren, Brett Michael Lumar of Wrens, Rebecca Manders of Louisville, Kaci Manders of Nancaster, South Carolina, Ryan Manders of Louisville, Krysten Manders of Louisville, and Jace Polo of Temple.
The family will receive friends August 12, 2016 from noon until service time at 1:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw. Burial will follow at Pine Ridge Memorial Park in Kennesaw.
