Mr. Harold A. Lowe Sr. "Gene" age 73 of Acworth, died Sunday, May 15, 2011. A memorial service will be held 2 pm Friday at Summit Baptist Church in Acworth. Dr. Douglas Lowe and Rev. Jimmy Slick officiating. Interment at Pine Ridge Memorial Park.
Born in Atlanta. Mr. Lowe was in the insurance business all of his life and is the owner of HA Lowe Benefits. He was a graduate of Bass High School and Georgia State College. His passion was singing. He sang with the Kennesaw Community Chorus, Georgia Festival Chorus, Crossroads Quartet and Summit Baptist Church Choir. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed hunting. Proceeded in death by Charles A. Lowe brother.

Wife – Ludmile Lowe of Acworth
Daughters – Karen Barlev of Marietta; Renee Lowe of Panama City, FL; Natosha Klyshevich of Kennesaw; Elena Konoenko of Austria.
Son – Hal Lowe of Cumming, GA
Brother – Dr. Douglas and Martha Lowe of Columbia, SC
4 grandchildren – David, Rachel, Brody and Pedro.
Nieces and nephews are as follows - Phyllis Thomas, Olivia Brewton, Katie Lowe, Lydia Karstedt, Gabriel Lowe, Miriam Murtaugh.
Family will receive friends from 6 till 9 Thursday at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw.
