Jim and Jan, I just happened to see your mom's obituary today in the Cherokee Tribune.  I wish I could have come to the funeral, but I couldn't make it.  Please know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers.  My mom's funeral was eight years ago today - what a coincidence.  My husband and I were talking just the other day about their double wedding and double honeymoon!

A deep void is felt in the hamlet of Acworth; we have lost another pillar of our community. Imogene is now resting, along with her soul mate, R.J., in heaven with our Lord. So sorry to hear this.  Have always thought Ms. Imogene to be such a positive example of a beautiful lady.  The last time I saw her was several years ago.  Jimmy was installing some carpet and I went by to see them.  A wonderful thing happened, I had the pleasure of taking her to lunch.  Needless to say Jim and Jan you both made her proud!  My prayers are with you and your families.
